    M & M Moving Company provides all of the goods and services directly to our customers with no third party involvement.
  • What's included in the moving services?
    Our price includes all travel time, gas, tolls, assembly and disassembly of furniture, wrapping of furniture, loading and unloading, door to door service, cargo insurance coverage, dollies, furniture blankets, your movers, and your complimentary "Moving Day Survival Guide" document folder. We also include specialty services such as artwork handling, junk removal, fragile cargo handling, and more upon request.
  • What paperwork will you provide to me?
    Before booking, we will send you an estimate document via email or text for your approval. After booking, we help you keep your entire moving process organized in your complimentary Moving Day Survival Guide folder, which includes: - Home Inventory - Moving Day Itinerary - Moving Contract - Your Movers Info - Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move pamphlet - Empty Pocket for Your Important Documents
  • Do you perform in-home estimates?
    Yes! Please book your in-home estimate in the "Services & Booking" tab. You will be able to select a date and time that works for you on our booking calendar.
  • How do you prevent property damage?
    Preparation is key. All of our thoroughly vetted movers are experienced and trained on proper packing and moving protocol to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. If you choose not to use our packing services, we ask that you plan accordingly and pack your items appropriately, and are careful to label all of your boxes and count them on the inventory sheet we provide you. Additionally, you can consult our Packing Tips page in the "Resources" tab. We wrap all of your furniture carefully and load it into the truck with a tried and true technique. It is important that you disclose any tricky items you may have that will require special care in order for us to come prepared.
  • How do you handle missing or damaged items?
    We do everything in our power to prepare your cargo for the safest delivery possible -- however, accidents happen, and we are prepared to swiftly address any concerns you may have. If you fill out our inventory sheet we email to you prior to your move, we will be able to more easily locate any lost items after your move (hint, hint). In the event of a missing or damaged item, please call or text us at (281) 690 - 8070, or you can email us at in order to receive a claim number and talk to a representative who can assist you. We have in house furniture restoration experts who are available to make repairs to any items that are damaged during your move. They will schedule a date and time to come to your property, assess the damage, and make repairs.
  • Do you offer donation services?
    Yes! Please segregate your intented non-perishable food or clothing donations ahead of time and let us know you will need this service and we will be happy to take your donations, free of charge, to local charitable organizations.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    We offer a 10% discount to veterans and medical personnel as a token of our gratitude for their tireless work during the COVID-19 epidemic. Additionally, if you or your business are a part of our Affiliate Network, all of our services will be discounted proportionally to the level of affiliation you wish to have.
